Job Summary

EduJobs Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced BFSI Trainer to deliver high-quality training under CSR-funded skill development projects. The trainer will be responsible for imparting technical knowledge, practical skills, and employability competencies to young adults, enabling them to build successful careers in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging classroom and practical training as per the approved BFSI curriculum.

Train candidates on:

Banking operations and processes

Retail banking and branch operations

Customer service and relationship management

KYC & AML compliance

Digital banking and payment systems

Financial products and services

Insurance fundamentals

Financial literacy

Conduct sessions on soft skills, workplace etiquette, communication, interview preparation, and employability.

Develop lesson plans, presentations, assessments,



and learning materials.

Evaluate trainee performance through tests, practical exercises, and assignments.

Provide mentoring, career guidance, and individual support to trainees.

Maintain attendance, assessment records, training reports, and project documentation.

Coordinate with placement teams to support candidate interviews and employment opportunities.

Ensure compliance with CSR project guidelines, NSDC/SSC standards (where applicable), and organizational quality requirements.

Participate in mobilization activities, industry interactions, employer engagement, and project reviews whenever required.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.

A Master's degree will be an added advantage.

BFSI certifications such as NISM, NCFM, JAIIB, CAIIB, or equivalent are preferred.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, NBFC, or related industries.

Minimum 2 years of training experience in vocational training, corporate learning, educational institutions, or skill development programs.

Experience in CSR, NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, or other livelihood projects is highly desirable.
