Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to manage existing client accounts and drive business growth for our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying upselling opportunities, and coordinating with implementation and support teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing ERP clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, escalations, and account-related matters.
- Understand clients' business processes and recommend suitable ERP modules, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and license renewals.
- Coordinate with implementation, technical support, and product teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business review meetings with clients to understand their evolving requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, renewals, and commercial agreements.




- Monitor customer adoption and usage of ERP solutions and recommend improvements.
- Track account performance, revenue, renewals, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned revenue, renewal, and customer retention targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, ERP Sales, Software Sales, SaaS, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of ERP solutions such as Finance, HRMS, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, or Supply Chain modules.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
