We are looking for a technically sound and execution-focused Project Manager – Interiors to oversee interior fit-out projects from commencement to handover. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in interpreting architectural and interior drawings and ensuring flawless on-site execution while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Study, understand, and execute architectural and interior drawings with precision.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Resolve technical execution challenges on-site.
- Plan schedules and deliver projects within timelines and budget.
- Monitor materials, labour productivity, and quality standards.
- Coordinate procurement and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Conduct client meetings, snagging, and project handover.

Technical Skills

- Ability to read Architectural, Interior, Structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, finishes, joinery, flooring,



ceilings, and wall finishes.
- Knowledge of BOQs, measurements, billing, and estimation.
- Experience coordinating Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and finishing activities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel. MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field with 4–8 years of relevant experience.
