ABOUT THE JOB
Key responsibilities:

A. Performance Marketing
1. Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
2. Monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality through data-driven optimisations.
3. Conduct audience research, creative testing, and campaign analysis to maximize results.
4. Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights.

B. Creative & Video Content
1. Edit high-quality short-form videos, advertisements, testimonials, and educational content.
2. Transform raw footage into engaging content optimized for social media platforms.
3. Ensure all creative assets align with the academy's brand identity and communication standards.

C. Campaign Collaboration
1. Work with the management team to understand campaign objectives and marketing priorities.
2. Contribute creative ideas for advertising campaigns and content initiatives.
3. Stay updated with the latest trends in Meta advertising and short-form content to continuously improve campaign performance.

required :- Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Capcut, Copywriting, Creative, Direction, Facebook Ads, Instagram Marketing, Motion Graphics, Performance Marketing Video Editing.

Other requirements

1. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.

3. Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. A portfolio demonstrating both creative work and campaign performance.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,03,000 - 3,06,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 3,000 - 6,000 /year

Location : Malleswaram, Bangalore :- 560003.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
