Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, highly confident, and presentable Telecaller & Sales Representative to join our growing Real Estate & Construction team. If you are a self-starter who loves meeting recent people, possesses excellent communication skills, and is ready to explore new challenges in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand, helping clients find their dream homes and investment properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Telecalling: Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads, introduce our real estate and construction projects, and generate genuine interest.
- Client Interaction: Welcome walk-in clients to our office with a warm, professional demeanor and brief them on active projects.
- Sales Presentations: Schedule and coordinate site visits, accompanying clients to showcase properties and close deals.
- Relationship Management:



Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective buyers to build long-term trust and rapport.
- Data Management: Keep a clean, updated record of all client interactions and leads on our database/CRM system.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, telecalling, or a relevant client-facing role.
- Language Fluency: Must be highly fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (written and spoken).
- Personality: Extremely confident, enthusiastic, and ready to take on new challenges.
- Professional Appearance: Excellent grooming standards and a highly presentable personality, as this role involves direct face-to-face client meetings.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email communication, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus).
