Job Description – Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and records.
- Handle Purchase, Sales, Receipt & Payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related records and invoices.
- Reconcile Bank, Customer & Supplier accounts.
- Assist in TDS, GST and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Assist in monthly closing and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related queries.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software & MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years in accounting.
- Preference: Candidates from Lucknow.
- Experience in Pharma Distribution / Wholesale will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
