We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mall Manager to oversee the overall operations, administration, leasing coordination, tenant relationships, customer experience, facility management, marketing support, and revenue optimization of a premium shopping mall. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in retail or shopping mall management with robust leadership, operational, and commercial management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the shopping mall, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities, common areas, and tenant operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, oversee lease compliance, coordinate store fit-outs, and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Supervise facility management activities, including housekeeping, security, parking, landscaping, MEP systems, HVAC, fire safety, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, health & safety standards, fire safety norms, and operational SOPs.
- Monitor mall performance through footfall analysis, tenant sales, occupancy levels, customer feedback, and operational KPIs, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, control expenses, optimize resource utilization,



and coordinate with the finance team for rent collection, CAM recovery, and vendor payments.
- Plan, coordinate, and support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, seasonal events, and customer engagement initiatives to enhance footfall and revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, housekeeping, security, customer service, and external service providers.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely execution of maintenance, projects, inspections, and statutory approvals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining high operational standards, addressing customer grievances, and creating a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment.
- Generate and present periodic operational, financial, and management reports, identify business risks, and recommend process improvements to enhance mall performance.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices in retail operations, facility management, cost optimization, tenant satisfaction, and overall business growth.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
