Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and POS systems.
- Support cinema ticketing software, kiosk systems, and payment terminals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet issues.
- Monitor CCTV, biometric, and access control systems.
- Provide technical support to theatre staff during operating hours.
- Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and data backups.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment repairs and AMC services.
- Maintain IT inventory and document service requests.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of IT support experience (Freshers with solid technical skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN networking, printers, CCTV,



and POS systems.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
