Role Description - The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing financial statements. Responsibilities include tracking payables and receivables, managing invoicing, reconciling bank and cash accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role will also involve assisting with budgeting, monitoring expenses, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and local regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with management to provide financial reports and insights that support business decisions and may coordinate with external auditors or consultants as needed. This is a full-time, in office role based in Zaveri Bazar, Kalbadevi, Mumbai-02.

Qualifications

Strong skills in general accounting, including ledger management, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable processes, invoicing,



and bank reconciliation. Experience using accounting software or ERP systems, along with solid Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of relevant tax regulations, compliance requirements, and basic financial reporting standards. Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.

Preferred: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and prior experience in a small or medium-sized business environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
