Telecalling Executive – Healing & Meditation

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with individuals who have shown interest in our healing and meditation programs. The ideal candidate will communicate with enquiry leads, understand their needs, explain our healing services, and assist them in booking sessions or registering for suitable programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to enquiry leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and provide complete information about healing and meditation programs.
- Understand the needs of prospective clients and guide them to suitable healing sessions or wellness programs.
- Follow up with interested leads and answer their questions with patience and clarity.
- Schedule appointments, consultation calls, and program registrations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information in CRM or Excel.
- Build positive relationships with prospective clients through effective communication.




- Coordinate with the counselling and operations team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Service, or similar roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Good listening skills with a calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
- Interest in wellness, healing, meditation, or holistic health is an added advantage.

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)

Education: Any Graduate / Diploma
