Job Description – Accountant

Location: Faridabad, Haryana

Position: Accountant

Experience: 3-4 years in Accounting & Finance

Working Days/Time: Mon to Sat / 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Qualification: CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management, with the ability to lead a small team and coordinate with auditors, management, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/ERP or relevant software).

2. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.

3. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.

4. Ensure statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, ROC filings, etc.).

5. Finalization of accounts and preparation for statutory audit.

6. Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management review.

Liaison with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

8. Supervise junior accountants and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.

9. Implement and improve internal control processes.

10. Provide financial insights to support decision-making.

11. Software Required- Tally

12. Knowledge of TDS/GST/Proper accounting/BRS/Bookkeeping

13. Required-Physical & Digital Filing of Books

Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong understanding of accounting standards & financial regulations.

2. Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / QuickBooks / other accounting software.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Strong communication and team management ability.

5. Updated knowledge of taxation laws and compliance requirements.

6. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Salary: As per industry standards & experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
