Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with around 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Prepare HR letters and employee-related documentation.
- Organise employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR initiatives.
- Resolve employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.




- Maintain HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0–2 years of HR experience (Freshers with HR internships are welcome).
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Familiarity with job portals and HRMS tools is a plus.
