We are hiring a **Media Buyer (Google Ads)** to run the daily execution of our paid media operation across multiple advertising accounts.

This is a **process-driven, detail-intensive, execution role** — not a creative or strategy role. The person in this seat follows a defined SOP every day: running the full set of account checks, auditing and excluding placements, monitoring device-level performance, scaling budgets on the basis of data, uploading creative assets supplied by the design team, and publishing daily performance reports.

We are specifically looking for an **accountant/bookkeeper type of temperament** — exact, methodical, patient, and comfortable performing repetitive work to a high standard every single day, without errors. Full hands-on training will be provided. Prior Google Ads experience is preferred but not mandatory; accuracy and discipline are mandatory.

## Roles and Responsibilities

- Execute the daily SOP checklist across all live Google Ads accounts, covering every check, every day, without skipping steps
- Audit campaigns and placements in detail — frequently hundreds of placements per account — and exclude non-performing or non-approved placements
- Monitor mobile vs desktop performance; ensure device and placement exclusions are correctly applied to prevent wasted ad spend
- Scale budgets up on performing campaigns and reduce or pause underperformers strictly on the basis of performance metrics
- Upload, replace and edit creative assets (banners, images, videos) provided by the graphics and video team
- Extract A/B test data and prepare daily performance reports clearly identifying what is working and what is not




- Maintain accurate records and handle shared account access responsibly and securely
- Follow documented processes exactly as trained, consistently and without improvisation

**Not part of this role:** copywriting, graphic/video creation, pixel and tracking setup, technical infrastructure, and account/partner relationship management. These are owned by other members of the team. This role executes against their work.

## Desired Candidate Profile

- Extremely detail-oriented and methodical; comfortable with structured, repetitive daily work
- Strong numerical and analytical ability; able to review large volumes of performance data (hundreds of line items) accurately
- Demonstrated low error rate and high consistency in previous work
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Ability to follow SOPs and checklists precisely, without deviation
- Reliable, disciplined and trustworthy with confidential account access
- Candidates from accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, data entry, MIS, backend operations or similar precision-driven backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
- **Preferred:** hands-on experience with Google Ads (Display/Search), placement optimisation, campaign management and A/B testing
