Job Summary

Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Sales Trainer to train and develop BPO sales teams. The candidate should have expertise in high-ticket sales training and be capable of delivering end-to-end training on UG, PG, PhD, and Honorary Doctorate (HD) programs. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the EdTech/BPO sales industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction, product, process, and sales training for new hires.
- Deliver in-depth training on UG, PG, PhD, and Honorary Doctorate (HD) programs.
- Train sales teams on consultative selling, objection handling, lead conversion, and customer engagement.
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, and regular knowledge assessments.
- Plan and deliver refresher training sessions to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Sales Managers to identify training needs and improve conversion rates.
- Track training effectiveness and prepare training reports/MIS.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer.




- Mandatory experience in BPO Sales Training.
- Strong experience in Product Training and high-ticket sales training.
- Must be capable of training teams on UG, PG, PhD, and Honorary Doctorate (HD) products.
- EdTech sales training experience will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Working Days: 5.5 Days
