Job Title: Bodyshop Advisor (4-Wheeler Automobile)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand accident/repair concerns.
- Inspect vehicle damage and prepare job cards.
- Explain repair process, estimated cost, and delivery timeline to customers.
- Coordinate with the bodyshop team and insurance surveyors.
- Follow up on repair progress and keep customers updated.
- Ensure quality inspection before vehicle delivery.
- Deliver vehicles to customers after explaining the work completed.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.




- Maintain service records and job documentation.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bodyshop Advisor in a 4-wheeler dealership.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of accident repairs and insurance claim procedures.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians and insurance teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
