About Us

Art of Puja is a fast-growing D2C brand redefining spiritual products in India. We are building a strong omnichannel presence across E-commerce, Quick Commerce, and B2B distribution, and are looking for a driven individual to manage and scale our warehouse operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive (Managerial Role) who can take complete ownership of warehouse operations — from inventory control to team management and order fulfillment efficiency.

This is not a basic operational role — we need someone who can think, optimize, and execute like an owner.

Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse Operations Management

- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations
- Manage inward (GRN), storage, and outward dispatch
- Ensure smooth daily functioning and process discipline

2. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate stock records using Zoho Inventory / similar tools
- Track raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
- Minimize stock loss, pilferage, and mismatches

3. Order Fulfillment & Packaging

- Supervise E-commerce order packaging (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
- Handle bulk order processing (Quick Commerce + B2B clients)
- Ensure error-free picking, packing, and dispatch
- Maintain packaging quality standards

4. Team & Labour Management





- Manage warehouse staff, pickers, and packers
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily productivity
- Ensure discipline, efficiency, and accountability in the team

5. Process Optimization & Cost Control

- Identify areas of cost leakage and wastage
- Improve warehouse efficiency, speed, and accuracy
- Track and improve productivity metrics (MBIs/KPIs)

6. Tools & Systems

- Work on systems like Zoho Inventory, shipping dashboards, and warehouse tools
- Use scanners, labeling systems, and software (e.g., Zebra or similar)

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse / logistics / e-commerce operations
- Strong understanding of inventory and dispatch processes
- Experience in managing teams and ground-level execution
- Comfortable with software/tools for inventory & operations
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Someone who can take ownership and drive results

Bonus Points (Good to Have)

- Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands
- Exposure to Quick Commerce operations (Blinkit, Instamart, etc.)
- Knowledge of Zoho Inventory or similar ERP systems

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35000 per month (Based on experience)
