Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end SEO execution for assigned projects, from planning to optimization and reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies across traditional SEO and emerging AEO/GEO (AI search optimization).
- Handle client communication when required, clearly explaining strategies, performance, and recommendations.
- Perform in-depth keyword research, intent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including crawlability, indexing, site architecture, page speed, and structured data.
- Optimize on-page, off-page, and technical elements to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
- Work closely with content, development, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Continuously monitor performance and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
- Stay updated with search engine updates, AI/LLM search trends, and proactively suggest improvements.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients when needed.
- Excellent task understanding and the ability to execute with minimal supervision.




- Proven experience in technical SEO and resolving complex SEO issues.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Working knowledge of AEO/GEO and how to optimize content for AI/LLM-based platforms (e.g., structured data, entity optimization, content clarity).
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Bonus: Exposure to PPC or paid media is a plus.
