Precision Drawell Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead business development and sales operations from Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets
Develop current business opportunities and generate leads
Manage and expand dealer/distributor networks
Build strong relationships with industrial and institutional customers
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives
Conduct customer visits, negotiations, and business meetings
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction

Eligibility:

- 5–8 years of experience in B2B/Industrial Sales




- Experience in Steel, Wire Products, Fasteners, Building Materials, Construction Materials, or Engineering Products preferred
- Strong business development and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
