Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven candidate in Business Development, preferably from Steel industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who thrives in a fast-paced.

Responsibilities:

- Research and identify new market opportunities and potential customers / product
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies and plans
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
- Present and pitch our products/services to potential clients, demonstrating their value and benefits
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to overall company growth
- Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and customer preferences
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Qualifications:





A mid-level domestic marketing role in the stainless steel wire industry, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or business combined with 3 to 5 years of industrial B2B sales experience. At this level, professionals must bridge the gap between technical product specifications and regional market expansion strategies.Target Academic Background

- B.Tech / B.E. in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering: Provides crucial understanding of applications, wire drawings, tensile strength, and alloy grades.
- BBA / MBA in Marketing: Equips candidates with skills in corporate account management, supply chain logistics, and pricing strategies.
- Dual Specialization: A technical bachelor's degree paired with a business diploma is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
