Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction safety experience.
- High-rise building construction experience is mandatory.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech (Any Engineering Discipline)
- ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) is mandatory.
- Candidates who completed ADIS last year are eligible.
- Safety qualification should have been completed before 2021.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies at the project site.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, client requirements, and project safety standards.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
- Monitor work-at-height activities, scaffolding, lifting operations, excavation, and permit-to-work systems.




- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Maintain all safety records, reports, permits, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure safe project execution.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure proper use of PPE across the site.

Mandatory Requirements

- High-rise building construction experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction safety experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, statutory compliance, and HSE practices.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
