Role description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Train (ART) execution in a SAFe environment. The RTE will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring alignment across business and technology teams, driving Program Increment (PI) planning, managing risks and dependencies, and enabling successful value delivery.

Mandatory Skills

SAFe & Agile

- Minimum 10+ years of IT delivery/program management experience.

- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).

- Strong experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

- Expertise in PI Planning, ART execution, Inspect & Adapt, and Agile governance.

- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile, and Value Stream Management.

- Experience managing multiple Agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART).

Program & Delivery Management

- Experience managing cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.

- Expertise in stakeholder management and executive-level communication.

- Experience driving program-level planning, forecasting, and reporting.

- Robust facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.

- Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives.

Certifications

- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification (Preferred Mandatory) or equivalent SAFe certification.
