- Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise nursing operations to ensure high standards of patient care. Coordinate patient care plans with doctors and multidisciplinary teams. Monitor nursing documentation, patient safety, and quality compliance. Mentor, guide, and evaluate nursing staff. Conduct patient rounds and oversee admission, transfer, and discharge processes. Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans.
- Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Sound clinical judgment and decision-making. Patient-focused with a compassionate and qualified attitude. Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Eligibility B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution. Registered Nurse (WBNC Must). Experience in a NABH-accredited hospital will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
