Oracle CX Functional Tester

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Functional Tester to support Oracle Customer Experience Cloud implementations. The candidate should have strong expertise in testing CRM business processes across Oracle CX modules.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.

Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, SIT, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.

Validate Oracle CX modules including:

Sales Cloud

Service Cloud

Marketing Cloud

Customer Data Management (CDM)

Partner Relationship Management (PRM)

Lead-to-Opportunity

Quote-to-Order

Validate workflows, approvals, and integrations with ERP/SCM applications.

Track and resolve defects with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

4+ years of Functional Testing experience.

Oracle Fusion CX testing experience.

Robust understanding of CRM business processes.





Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps.

SQL knowledge for backend validation.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on project requirements)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Project Type: Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation, Enhancements, Support & Upgrade Projects

Testing Types: Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, Smoke Testing, End-to-End Testing

Preferred Skills: Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) testing, BI Publisher/OTBI validation, Agile/Scrum, and Oracle Cloud implementation experience.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
