Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to perform professional beauty and wellness treatments while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of skincare, body therapies, and salon hygiene practices, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform facials, clean-ups, skin treatments, and beauty therapies.
- Provide head spa, hair spa, and relaxation therapies as required.
- Analyze clients' skin and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and workstations.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after every service.
- Ensure client comfort and deliver a premium salon experience.
- Follow salon hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
- Work closely with the salon team to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Experience as a Beauty Therapist or Spa Therapist preferred.
- Knowledge of facials, skincare, and beauty treatments.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
