Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Anand Paints , Govindpura,BHopal

Salary: 12,000–15,000 per month

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front office, welcome visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic computer knowledge. Receptionists are typically responsible for greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, answering calls, scheduling meetings, and handling office correspondence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception desk and maintain a clean and organized front office.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and documents.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.




- Coordinate with different departments for visitor requirements and administrative support.
- Maintain office records, files, and stationery inventory.
- Respond to emails and basic customer inquiries.
- Perform data entry and prepare basic reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Support HR and Administration with day-to-day office activities when required.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, or Administration preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
