Hiring: Store Manager – Jockey Store

Location: Shree Mahalasa & Co. (Jockey), Navin Nagar Road, Near PNG Jewellers, Sangamner – 422605

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on Experience & Interview)

Weekly Off:

- First 3 Months: 2 Week Offs/Month
- After 3 Months: 4 Week Offs/Month

Benefits:

- PF & ESIC after 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall store operations
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, stock, and store reports
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily store closing
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards

Requirements:

- Graduate preferred




- 3–5 years of retail store management experience
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and computer knowledge
- Target-oriented with problem-solving abilities
