Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our Manufacturing and Construction business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, taxation, inventory accounting, and financial reporting, along with hands-on experience in Tally Prime 9.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime 9.
- Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, and financial analysis for management.
- Maintain inventory accounting, stock reconciliation,



and fixed asset registers.
- Monitor project-wise costing, job costing, and expense tracking for construction projects.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter).

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Accountant executive.
- Strong proficiency in Tally Prime 9 and Microsoft Excel.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in project accounting and cost control.
- Knowledge of inventory management and production accounting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and leadership abilities.
