About the Role

We are looking for energetic, responsible and target-oriented Debt Recovery Officers (DROs) to join our Collection & Recovery team in Lucknow.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, following up on pending payments and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining professional and respectful communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers and follow up for pending loan payments.
- Manage assigned collection cases and achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments and repayment options.
- Maintain regular follow-up on assigned cases until payment is received.
- Update collection/recovery status accurately in the company's system.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and field visits.
- Follow company policies, collection guidelines and professional standards.
- Ensure good customer handling while achieving recovery targets.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in collection, recovery, sales,



field operations or customer handling can apply.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field are also welcome.
- Candidates having experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, Loan Collection or Debt Recovery will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable with field visits and customer interaction.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
