We are looking for an experienced Shop Floor Supervisor to join our manufacturing team.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

Minimum 10–12 years in manufacturing industry

Experience in Duct / Sheet Metal Manufacturing companies preferred

Languages Required

Hindi (Mandatory)

English

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day shop floor operations

Hands-on involvement in duct and sheet metal manufacturing

SS welding process knowledge and production coordination

Manage manpower deployment and employee schedules

Ensure quality standards, productivity, and timely completion





Monitor machinery usage and coordinate maintenance activities

Train shop floor employees and improve work practices

Implement safety procedures and maintain workplace discipline

Identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of duct manufacturing and sheet metal processes

Experience in SS welding

Ability to handle production machinery and tools

Team handling and reporting skills
