We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Relationship executive to join our dynamic sales team. The CRE will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a robust ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer orders from enquiry to delivery.

* Allocate stock and process orders after verifying credit limits and customer ledgers.

* Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Accounts for timely order execution.

* Arrange vehicle placement and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.

* Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), process Purchase Orders (PO), and obtain order approvals.

* Follow up on customer payments, maintain receivables, and collect cheques, PDCs, and Bank Guarantees (BGs).

* Resolve customer queries related to orders, logistics, accounts,



and materials.

* Coordinate billing, rate calculations, Credit Notes (CN), and Debit Notes (DN).

* Collect KYC and statutory documents from customers and maintain proper records.

* Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

* Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, or Customer Service.

* Proficiency in MS Excel .

* Strong communication, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
