Indian Art is a leading company specializing in Digital Signage, LED Display Solutions, Bank Branding, Corporate Branding, Interior & Exterior Signage, Wayfinding Systems, ACP Cladding, and Government & Banking Projects across India.

We are looking for a dynamic Business Head who can independently manage the company's operations, build a high-performing team, develop systems and processes, and drive business growth across India.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations

- Take complete responsibility for day-to-day business operations.
- Manage the office independently with minimum supervision.
- Develop and implement SOPs for all departments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Design, Production, Procurement, Installation, Billing, and Accounts.
- Improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Business Development

- Identify new business opportunities across India.
- Develop relationships with Banks, Government Departments, PSUs, Corporates, and Private Clients.
- Generate large-value projects.
- Expand Indian Art into new cities and states.
- Develop strategic partnerships.

Team Building

- Recruit and build high-performing teams.
- Hire Sales Managers, Project Coordinators, CRM Executives, Procurement Executives, Designers, and Operations staff.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
- Build a professional, process-driven organization.

Project Management

- Monitor all ongoing projects from enquiry to final handover.
- Coordinate with vendors and installation teams.
- Ensure timely execution with high quality standards.
- Resolve operational issues proactively.

Procurement & Vendor Management

- Develop a strong vendor network across India.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Ensure timely procurement and material availability.
- Build alternate vendor options for critical products.

Banking & Government Projects

- Coordinate execution of banking and government projects.




- Monitor documentation, approvals, compliance, and timelines.
- Support the Managing Director in key client relationships.

Sales & CRM Management

- Track enquiries and sales pipeline.
- Monitor follow-ups and conversion rates.
- Ensure CRM discipline across the team.
- Review weekly sales reports and forecasts.

Billing & Recovery

- Monitor billing status and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with clients for timely collections.
- Improve cash flow through systematic follow-up.

MIS & Reporting

- Submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Present project status, sales updates, collections, pending tasks, and operational performance to the Managing Director.
- Track KPIs and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

- MBA / BBA / Engineering / Management Graduate preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in Operations, Business Development, or Project Management.
- Experience in Signage, Advertising, Interior Fit-Out, Branding, Construction, Infrastructure, or Banking Projects will be preferred.
