Job Summary

WeArch Developers is looking for a skilled Estimator – Interior & Finishing Works with robust experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and project budgets while possessing in-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and interior drawings.
- Develop accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out and finishing works.
- Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and quotations based on project specifications.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements.
- Estimate material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, project engineers, procurement, and execution teams to ensure estimation accuracy.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and prepare comparative cost analyses.
- Review and verify project drawings to identify discrepancies before estimation.
- Prepare tender submissions and ensure timely completion of estimation documents.
- Monitor project cost variations and prepare revised estimates whenever required.
- Recommend value engineering options to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Maintain updated cost databases, material rates, labor rates,



and vendor pricing.
- Assist the procurement team in material planning and budget control.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and technical discussions when required.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in estimation for interior fit-out and finishing projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, office, and hospitality interior projects is preferred.

- Wall finishes (Paint, Wallpaper, Texture, Cladding)
- Modular kitchens and wardrobes
- Carpentry and custom joinery
- Wooden flooring and decking
- Glass and glazing works
- Aluminium fabrication
- Stainless steel and metal works
- Painting and polishing works
- Electrical and lighting fixtures
- Plumbing and sanitary fixtures related to interiors
- Furniture and loose furniture installation
- Soft furnishings and interior accessories
- Interior renovation and fit-out execution

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
