Roles & Responsibilities:

 Manage resources and develop/execute an operational plan.

 Ensure proper implementation of procedures.

 Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of key Service Providers.

 Drive client retention, satisfaction, and contract renewals.

 Ensure delivery of key performance metrics, including user/client feedback and NPS.

 Maintain relationships with partner providers and optimize transaction costs.

 Track operational costs, manage department budgets, and allocate assets efficiently.

 Assess business growth needs and provide insights for process scaling.

Requirements:

 Experience in e-commerce or online retail, managing operations at a tech startup.

 1+ years of experience in Client Management, Account Management,



SLA Management, Transformation Projects, Transitions, and P&L; Responsibilities.

 Robust analytical thinking, problem-solving, budgeting oversight, and communication abilities.

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

 Proficiency in productivity applications, data dashboards, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools

 Proven experience in managing operations and onboarding new Service Provider.

 Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
