Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide prompt and courteous service to guests.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene.
4. Serve food and beverages as per service standards.
5. Clear and reset tables promptly.
6. Coordinate with the Kitchen and Service team for smooth operations.
7. Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and utensils.
8. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
9. Follow all F&B; safety, hygiene, and SOP guidelines.
10. Support the team during events, peak hours, and special functions.

Job Expectations:

Preferred Candidate:

1. Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
2. Experience: 0–3 years in Hospitality/F&B.;
3.



Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
4. Good English/Hindi communication skills.
5. Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
6. Strong guest-handling and interpersonal skills.
7. Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
8. Positive knowledge of basic F&B; service standards.
9. Team player with a service-oriented approach.
10.Candidates from Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, 3- star/ 4 star property preferred.

Minimum Qualification:

Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.

Minimum Job Experience:

2-4 years
