Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in daily production and fabrication activities.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Monitor production processes to achieve daily production targets.

Support FRP equipment manufacturing, assembly, and inspection.

Maintain production records and documentation.

Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Maintenance departments.

Report production issues to the Production Supervisor.

Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safe work practices on the shop floor.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Understanding of engineering drawings is an advantage.

Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and work in shifts if required.

Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Candidates

Fresh Diploma or Engineering graduates

Pay: ₹9,497.40 - ₹25,000.00 per month
