We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager to generate qualified leads and build new business opportunities for our digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, client communication, proposal creation, follow-ups and sales pipeline management, preferably within a digital marketing or IT services company.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold email, freelancing platforms and other channels.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers in target companies.
- Research potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Conduct outreach and follow-ups with prospects.
- Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, timeline and business fit.
- Schedule and participate in discovery calls.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and project scope.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with prospects and support deal closures.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.




- Maintain accurate CRM and sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Lead Generation.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or IT services company preferred.
- Robust knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, Upwork and cold email prospecting.
- Good understanding of SEO, paid media, social media and website development services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Experience with proposals, follow-ups and sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Experience dealing with international clients will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹59,061.00 per month
