We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to handle travel enquiries, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable holiday packages, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, good knowledge of domestic and international destinations, and the ability to guide customers in selecting the right holiday package based on their preferences and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound travel enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website leads, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Make outbound calls and regular follow-ups with prospective customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements, including destination, travel dates, budget, hotel preferences, transportation, sightseeing, and other requirements.
- Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages based on customer needs.
- Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, package details, and travel offers with customers.
- Coordinate with travel agents and travel partners to obtain suitable packages, competitive quotations, and availability.
- Compare available options and help customers choose the most suitable travel package.
- Negotiate and follow up effectively to close bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Identify and develop relationships with new travel agents, tour operators, hotels, and other travel partners.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, bookings, and customer interactions in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for seasonal packages, promotions, offers, and campaigns.




- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, confirmed bookings, revenue, and pending follow-ups.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, holiday package sales, travel consulting, tourism, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of popular domestic and international travel destinations.
- Robust communication, customer-handling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve booking and revenue goals.
- Ability to handle multiple travel enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, organised, responsible, and result-oriented.
