In the real estate sector, a Field Boy (often formally designated as an Operations Executive, Field Operations Assistant, or Property Assistant) handles the physical, on-the-ground tasks required to maintain listings, manage keys, and assist the sales team.Unlike a Field Sales Executive, this role focuses heavily on logistics, property upkeep, and administrative groundwork rather than active sales pitching.
Core Roles & Responsibilities
1.Property Preparation & Upkeep
- Key Management: Pick up property keys from the company office, landlords, or security guards, and ensure they are safely returned after viewings.
- Cleaning & Presentation: Visit vacant apartments before a client arrival to open windows, turn on lights, check basic plumbing/electricity, and ensure the space looks clean.
- Signage Installation: Fix "For Sale," "To Let," or builder marketing banners and boards outside properties or at major street intersections.

On-the-Ground Logistics & Delivery
- Document Collection: Travel to client or landlord locations to collect physical copies of identity proofs, property deeds, check payments, or signed rental agreements.
- Office Errands: Deliver bank checks, registry documents, or marketing flyers to government offices, banks, or partner broker offices.
- Utility Verification: Take physical meter readings (electricity/water) for move-in or move-out inspections and assist in paying local maintenance bills.
3. Assisting Sales & Photography Teams
- Site Guidance: Stand at major landmarks or project entry gates to guide lost clients or senior sales managers directly to the exact property location.
- Basic Photography: Use a smartphone to take quick, transparent photos of property interiors, exteriors, and the surrounding street view for the digital listing team
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
