Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Europe Visa Counsellor to guide students and clients through the European study visa application process. The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients, assessing eligibility, managing documentation, coordinating visa applications, and ensuring successful visa outcomes while maintaining excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and clients regarding study opportunities and visa requirements for European countries such as Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Spain, and others.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and visa pathways.
- Provide detailed guidance on admission requirements, visa procedures, documentation, financial requirements, and timelines.
- Review and verify all visa-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist clients in preparing visa applications, SOPs, cover letters, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, VFS centers, and other relevant authorities.
- Track application progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Prepare students for visa interviews and pre-departure requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Stay updated with European immigration policies, visa regulations, and admission requirements.
- Achieve monthly counseling, application,



and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Europe student visa counseling or overseas education consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of European university admissions and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo, and related admission requirements will be an added advantage.

Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred
Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
