Position: Infection Control Nurse (ICN)

Department: Quality / Infection Control

Location: Eden Critical Care Hospital, Chandigarh

Experience: Fresher

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Registration (B.Sc. Nursing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in implementing the hospital’s Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) program.

* Conduct infection surveillance and maintain infection control records.

* Support audits related to hand hygiene, biomedical waste management, and infection control practices.

* Monitor compliance with hospital infection control policies and NABH standards.

* Educate and train hospital staff on infection prevention protocols.

* Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting infection-related data.

* Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to standard precautions.





* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control committee activities.

* Coordinate with clinical departments to improve infection prevention practices.

* Help maintain documentation required for NABH accreditation.

Requirements:

* B.Sc. Nursing or GNM with a valid Nursing Council registration.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Basic knowledge of infection prevention, biomedical waste management, and hospital protocols.

* Positive communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

* Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
