Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive to support the Resource Management Group (RMG). The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills, be proficient in Google Workspace, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and analyze data using Google Sheets and prepare presentations using Google Slides/PowerPoint.




- Coordinate with internal teams to support resource planning and allocation activities.
- Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of tasks.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and status updates for management.
- Support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides/PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Background

3–5 years of experience in Operations, PMO, Resource Management, HR Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.

Experience working in an IT services or technology company will be an advantage.
