Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Drive lead generation, student enrollments, and brand visibility through data-driven marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with content, creative, sales, and admission teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel optimization initiatives.




- Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights for management.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Mandatory experience in the EdTech, Training, or Education sector.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, GTM, and marketing automation tools.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving enrollment targets.
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
