- Assist in preparing breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked products.
- Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
- Support senior chefs during production.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery work area.
- Follow food safety and quality standards.
- Store ingredients and finished products appropriately.
- Assist with inventory and stock rotation (FIFO).
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Bakery & Pastry (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of bakery production.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Valuable learning attitude and teamwork skills.
