· Handle and resolve telecom tower-related issues in assigned/mapped tower locations.

· Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance activities on telecom tower infrastructure.

· Identify network, power, and equipment-related faults and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.

· Ensure proper functioning of telecom equipment, cables, power systems, and related components.

· Maintain daily activity reports, service records, and issue resolution logs.

· Travel to assigned tower sites as per operational requirements.

· Follow EHS (Setting, Health, and Safety) standards while working at tower locations.

· Coordinate with supervisors and field teams for timely completion of assigned tasks.

· Provide immediate support during emergency breakdowns and network outages.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer service requirements.
