- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Acquire new HL and LAP customers through open market channels, field visits, and direct networking.
- Partner Management: Build and manage a robust network of connectors, builders, brokers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to secure a steady pipeline of referrals.
- Client Consultation: Meet with borrowers to assess their financial needs, explain product features, and advise on interest rates and eligibility.
- Loan Processing & Disbursement: Manage the loan file from login to disbursement. This involves collecting documents and coordinating with internal Credit, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Portfolio & Risk Management: Monitor accounts for timely repayments and maintain portfolio quality by adhering to compliance and credit guidelines
