As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and creatively developing solutions that align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications are efficient, scalable, and maintainable is a key part of daily activities, along with continuous evaluation and refinement of the software to support evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support project transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Engineering.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective data models.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes.
- Experience in optimizing data structures for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
