About the Role

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design and execute retail, commercial, and corporate interior projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, technical drawings, materials, and project coordination from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning, layout plans, working drawings, and detailed furniture drawings.
- Create presentation drawings, mood boards, and material specifications.
- Prepare BOQs and coordinate with the estimation team.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and site execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, design validation, and execution support.
- Ensure designs comply with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials,



and technologies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of retail and commercial interior design.
- Excellent space planning and furniture detailing skills.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team player with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail, commercial, or corporate interior projects.
- Experience in modular furniture, retail fixtures, display units, and fit-out projects will be preferred.
