Job Description
- Conduct initial consultations with patients to assess their fertility needs, medical history, and emotional readiness for IVF treatments.
- Educate patients on IVF procedures, including egg retrieval, embryo transfer, genetic testing, and potential risks/outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to address anxiety, stress, and psychological challenges related to infertility and treatment cycles.
- Coordinate with medical teams to explain treatment plans, timelines, and follow-up care, ensuring patients understand their options.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing insurance claims or financing options.
Required Skills
Good communication and empathy Healthcare counseling experience preferred CRM knowledge
