Our team blends creative vision with operational precision to deliver seamless, venue-to-venue experiences — from strategic sourcing and vendor management to on-ground execution and post-event analytics.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end MICE project delivery — from client brief & budgeting to venue finalisation, logistics, speaker coordination, and post-event ROI reporting.
- Manage relationships with hotel partners, AV vendors, ground operators, and destination management companies to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and present tailored MICE proposals including creative concepts, floor plans, budgets, and risk-mitigation strategies.
- Oversee on-site event management across multiple locations — ensuring brand alignment, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.




- Drive cost-efficiency and vendor negotiations while maintaining high service standards and operational SLAs.
- Train and mentor junior MICE coordinators and onboard current team members on internal processes and client-specific protocols.
