About the Role

Designovate Studio is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to lead, manage and support the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects through effective Building Information Modelling (BIM) coordination, especially in architecture or interior design. The ideal candidate will work closely with other architects, engineers, BIM Managers, and consultants to coordinate models, resolve clashes, maintain BIM standards, and ensure high-quality project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Support BIM Managers in implementing project-specific BIM workflows and standards.
- Develop and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, especially Architectural models and interior design models
- Create and modify project models in accordance with BIM standards, project requirements, and Level of Development (LOD) specifications.
- Perform model federation, clash detection,



and issue tracking using BIM coordination software.
- Ensure project models comply with BIM standards, client requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Conduct regular quality checks and model audits to maintain model integrity and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal design teams and external consultants to resolve design conflicts.
- Prepare coordination reports, clash reports, and model review documentation.
- Manage model exchanges and ensure proper version control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in maintaining Revit templates, families, shared parameters, and project libraries.
- Participate in coordination meetings and track action items to closure.
- Support quantity take-offs, schedules, and data extraction from BIM models where required.
- Ensure timely delivery of coordinated BIM models in accordance with project schedules.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in BIM coordination for architectural projects.
- Experience working on healthcare, commercial, residential, institutional, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
- Robust understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills

- Autodesk Revit (Architecture and Interior design)
- Navisworks Manage
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of ISO 19650 standards is an advantage.
- Experience preparing LOD 200+ BIM models
